Processing & Dispatch Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — estimated 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping — estimated 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery Timeframes Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Order Tracking Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
